Hub Food Berjaya is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Quality Control to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the high quality of our products and maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for food safety and quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials, finished products, and production processes.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.,Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
