📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data and systems.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaScript).Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g.ServiceNowJira).Certifications in IT (e.g.CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzure).Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
