PT Putih Eka is looking for a Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
