Bright Moon Jaya is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as required.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Willingness to travel to other locations within Indonesia as required.
