As the Lead Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and driving customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high-quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.,Train and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Responsible for the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Experience in training and developing staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
