Up New Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Gowa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
