PT Property Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of successfully managing operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management services.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage budgets and ensure that operations are conducted within financial constraints.,Foster a positive and productive work environment for the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management operations.,Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian property management regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
