ZAP Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Tigaraksa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage the store team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-maintained and organized.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure store performance meets company targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
