City Prime Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our employees succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Assess employee training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
