Tanggung Jawab:
Provide first-level IT support to clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.Communicate with clients in Russian to understand their needs and provide accurate information.Document all IT issues and resolutions to maintain a record of client interactions.Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support.Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT support.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk or a related field.Strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with basic IT tools and software.Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
