📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards.,Evaluate and assess the performance of trainees to provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee performance.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to help them succeed in their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare education and training.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.,Certification in healthcare education is a plus.
