📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of the IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT systems and data.
  • Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience with IT security and data protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
