Mind Stretcher Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Care Centre Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being and happiness of our students, providing a safe and supportive environment for their academic and personal growth.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about education and has a proven track record in managing student care centers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

This is a full-time position based in Bali, with the opportunity to work in various locations across the island including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students.,Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students.,Manage and supervise a team of student care staff, providing training and support as needed.,Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition between school and home.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and any incidents that may occur.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize extracurricular activities and events to enrich the student experience.,Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the Student Care Centre.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in student care centre management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of child development and psychology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and requirements for childcare facilities in Bali.,Experience with international students is a plus.
