In this role, you’ll spend your days behind the wheel of heavy vehicles, navigating the scenic yet challenging roads of Bali. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in perfect condition. You’ll work closely with our team of logistics experts, using tools like GPS and fleet management software to keep track of your routes and deliveries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate heavy vehicles, including trucks and tractors, to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including road safety laws and environmental standards.
• Plan and execute delivery routes, using GPS and fleet management software to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it meets all safety and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, reporting any anomalies to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Freight & Logistics Driver, with a Class 4 driver’s license.
• Proven track record of safe and efficient driving, with a clean accident and violation history.
• Familiarity with GPS and fleet management software, such as Geotab or FleetComplete.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) for heavy vehicles.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
