📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the executive chef and sous chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our fine dining restaurant.
• Follow and implement daily menu planning and preparation schedules.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to local and international regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: grills, ovens, fryers, and pasta machines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
