As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right candidates are hired.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.
