📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a high-quality workforce,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Handle payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness,Collaborate with department heads to address workplace issues and improve productivity,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies
