Express Byte Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and at our restaurant locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Create and implement new menu items and specials.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Education in culinary arts or related field is a plus.,Valid food handler's license and any other relevant certifications.
