📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high productivity and performance.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the company's strategic goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with HR best practices and processes.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members.
