📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and take corrective actions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant operations with overall business goals.,Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
