As a Live Streaming Host, you'll work closely with our sales team to deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with the audience in real-time.
• Use Zoom and OBS Studio to create high-quality live streams and interact with viewers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and drive conversions during live sessions.
• Promote our live streams on social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from viewers during live sessions.
• Analyze live stream performance and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, sales, or customer service.
• Proven ability to engage and persuade audiences in real-time.
• Familiarity with Zoom and OBS Studio for live streaming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate about e-commerce and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
