📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and organizing palm oil plantation workshops and training sessions.
• Support trainers in delivering workshops using various educational tools and software.
• Prepare and distribute workshop materials, including handouts, presentations, and training manuals.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of workshop participants to ensure learning outcomes are met.
• Provide administrative support to the training department, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of training programs.
• Assist in the development of new training materials and programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during workshop activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with agricultural training platforms and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
