📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve set goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee well-being.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance departmental operations.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
