Rejeki Elsa Shop is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Review and edit technical content to ensure it meets quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to improving our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
