📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to make strategic decisions to improve restaurant performance.
