Manage and maintain the company's financial reporting and general ledger systems,Ensure accurate and timely financial information for stakeholders,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and regulatory purposes,Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Train and mentor junior accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
