📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance driver performance.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all fleet activities.,Handle fleet-related complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the fleet remains competitive.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and performance of the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
