📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, maintain, and improve mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure safety.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and trends.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and safety of the operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on equipment reliability and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
