📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.,Promote and sell our products to potential customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives.,Attend and participate in medical conferences and events.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and achievement of targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or healthcare administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and healthcare landscape is a plus.
