📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Identifying and reporting defects and quality issues to the relevant departments.,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Conducting training and coaching for junior QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Monitoring and analyzing quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with quality control regulations and standards.,Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is a plus.
