As a Senior QS Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing quantity surveying activities for civil infrastructure projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the quantity surveying activities for civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports for project stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues and optimize project performance.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and project progress.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to project teams on cost-saving measures and risk management.,Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and contracts.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
