📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all FX transactions, including spot, forward, and options trading, to optimize profitability and minimize risk.,Develop and implement FX strategies in collaboration with the senior management team to achieve the bank's financial goals.,Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and political risks to make informed decisions regarding FX operations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to FX and Treasury Operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, counterparties, and market makers to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on FX and Treasury Operations, including performance metrics, risk exposures, and market developments.,Collaborate with the risk management team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with FX and Treasury Operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve FX and Treasury Operations processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX and Treasury Operations, preferably in a banking environment.,Strong knowledge of FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.,Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, counterparties, and internal teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to FX and Treasury Operations.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
