Sehati Lestari Geprek is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business and the satisfaction of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the restaurant has the necessary supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.
