📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Reconcile financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
