- Operate and maintain glove manufacturing machines, including but not limited to cutting, stitching, and finishing machines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Work with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Keep detailed records of production data and quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the glove or textile industry.
- Familiarity with glove manufacturing processes and machines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data recording.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
