📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve menu offerings and operational efficiency.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local culture and customs.
