📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of mining facilities, including the processing plant, water treatment plant, and other critical infrastructure.
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of mining facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to optimize facility performance.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine facilities engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in maintaining and operating mining facilities, including processing plants and water treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the mining industry.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MineSight.
• Certification in mine safety and environmental regulations, such as ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, often under pressure.
