📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines, compression molding machines, and transfer molding machines.
• Monitor production parameters and quality control measures to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimize mold designs and tooling.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to prolong the lifespan of molding equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on molding processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in molding processes, preferably in injection molding, compression molding, or transfer molding.
• Proven track record in process development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with molding machines and equipment, including but not limited to, injection molding machines, compression molding machines, and transfer molding machines.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and standards relevant to molding processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in molding processes (e.g., Certified Molding Technician, Certified Injection Molding Technologist) is a plus.
