📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer equipment
• Assist clients with setting up and optimizing their computer systems
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
