📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs using tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.
• Conduct needs assessments and design customized learning solutions for employees.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate training into the company's overall development strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
