📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Manage and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.
