📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough candidate research and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies for high-profile executive roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and ATS.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
