📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the company's leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to corporate governance, labor, and environmental laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions.
• Oversee legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal advisory and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, including but not limited to corporate governance, labor, and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certified as a Legal Consultant or have equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
