As a Cost Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the costs associated with our warehousing operations. You will work closely with our warehouse managers and operations teams to identify areas of inefficiency and implement cost-saving measures. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, including cost reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasts. Additionally, you will work with our procurement and vendor management teams to negotiate and secure the best possible prices for our inventory.

• Monitor and analyze the costs associated with warehousing operations, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cost reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasts.
• Work with procurement and vendor management teams to negotiate and secure the best possible prices for inventory.
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and processes, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide regular cost control reports to management and participate in cost control meetings.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and operations teams to ensure that cost control measures are aligned with operational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or a related field, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost accounting or a related field is a plus.
