• Drive software development best practices and mentoring engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Work with Git, Jira, and Confluence to streamline development processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in at least one programming language.
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Experience working with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
